Born in San Jose. CA, Debby was raised in Taipei, Taiwan and speaks Mandarin fluently. She is an accomplished opera singer, and a graduate of the University of Puget Sound with a degree in Psychology.

 

Debby and her husband live in Bend with their children and dogs.
